Schönheit Gardens Landscaping is a full-service landscaping company and a seasonal retail nursery located in the town of Sun Prairie, WI, just 3 miles outside of the City of Madison. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our growing team of landscape professionals as a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager. We are known for our unique designs, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service.
Description of Position: The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of 60+ residential and commercial maintenance client accounts. This includes roughly 20-30 accounts that are regular maintenance customers and receive a variety of services throughout the year. The remaining 30-40 accounts are customers that receive one or two seasonal services over the course of a year. Qualified applicants will have a desire to create inspired outdoor living spaces for our clients, will value teamwork, and will have a positive and upbeat attitude.

Specific responsibilities include the following:
Manage and grow client portfolio
Serve as main point of contact between client and Schonheit Gardens to ensure full communication and create the best possible client experience. Coordinate with client to schedule seasonal maintenance services, annual installations and other work requests. Ensure swift and reliable follow-up and follow-through with every customer inquiry. Build client portfolio by identifying prospective clients and generating referrals from new and existing clientele Assist with billing questions as needed
Project Management
Schedule work on job sites on a weekly basis in coordination with the Division Manager and coordinate/set-up crews in the mornings as needed Ensure necessary materials and equipment are scheduled to be on job sites. This includes generating plant orders for seasonal annual installations. Lead crews for seasonal services and/or conduct regular site walks in an effort to keep each site looking its best; to identify, design and implement new enhancement opportunities. Monitor job costs and make any needed adjustments to meet/surpass established goals.
Manage, Train, and Develop Crews
Utilize hands-on training philosophies and demonstrate a strong work ethic through your example. Promote safety, performance and well-being of all crews. Enforce company policies if and when necessary.
