Schönheit Gardens Landscaping is a full-service landscaping company and a seasonal retail nursery located in the town of Sun Prairie, WI, just 3 miles outside of the City of Madison. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our growing team of landscape professionals as a Landscape Crew Member. We are known for our unique designs, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service.

Description of Position: Landscape Crew Members work in a team environment to complete successful installations of softscape installation projects such as annual and perennial bed plantings, tree installations, and edging. Qualified applicants will have a desire to create inspired outdoor living spaces for our clients, will value teamwork, and will have a positive and upbeat attitude. Positions are full time only and seasonal--approximately March through December.

Necessary Skills/Qualifications:

• Must be able to endure repetitive bending and twisting motions.

• Must be able to lift more than 40 pounds.

• Must be able to properly and efficiently complete necessary job site and company paperwork.

• Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers.

• Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and good driving record.

• Must be available for overtime hours as needed throughout the season.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

• Work experience is preferred, but we will train motivated and qualified individuals. Basic plant identification and care knowledge. Experience in the safe operation and maintenance of assigned equipment.
